Whilst many aspects of the site can be accessed without providing personal
information, we will collect personal information from you when you register,
place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey/competition or
fill out a form on either Mai Thai Restaurant website or via the phone.

All sensitive/payment information you provide or view online with Mai Thai Restaurant.
Restaurant is transmitted between your device and the website using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which ensures this information is encrypted (unreadable without a key) between your device and our firewall protected network.

Credit card information may also be held by our Australian based payment
gateway with the data only accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and whom are required to keep the information confidential.

We understand that sometimes part of the joy of sending flowers can be in giving them from ‘your secret admirer’.
If a recipient requests information about who sent them a gift, this information will not be provided without your express permission. As such, all orders are considered to be anonymous unless you tell us otherwise. After all, sending a gift should be a private affair!

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full price listed on the product itself. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENT

Pay by credit or debit card through the Website.

Cash on delivery , we accept cash payment or you can pay by card to the Mai Thai Restaurant. We have merchant facility available at the point of delivery to you.

REFUND

Once you have submitted an order that you are paying for by credit or debit card and your payment has been authorised, you will be charged the full amount of your order.

If your order is subsequently rejected by the Mai Thai Restaurant  or cancelled for any reasons, your bank or card issuer will refund the relevant amount. However, this may take up 3 to 5 working days {or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer}.

You acknowledge and agree that Mai Thai Restaurant will not be responsible or liable in relation to any delay by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

Public Holidays will incure 10% surcharge per order.
